1. What services does Aliada Studio offer?
We offer B2B sourcing, 3D rendering, BIM modeling and coordination, and asset management through our Atractor platform.
2. Do you only work in Chile?
No. Although we're based in Santiago, Chile, we work with clients throughout Latin America and can coordinate international deliveries depending on the service.

3. How do I request a quote?
Complete our quote form or send us an email with your project details. We'll respond within 24 hours.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfers in Chile, international payments via PayPal or SWIFT transfers, Mercado Pago, and various commercial cards.
Category 3: Renders and Visualization
5. What do I need to order a render?
DWG or PDF drawings, style and material references, and rendering objective (pre-sale, bidding, etc.).
6. In what format do you deliver the renders?
In JPG, PNG or MP4 video as appropriate, in resolution optimized for web, print or screens.
Category 4: BIM Modeling
7. What software do you use for BIM modeling?
Mainly Revit, with IFC exports and Navisworks support for interference detection.
8. Can you work with my existing model?
Yes. We can optimize, coordinate, and complete models created by your team.

9. What products can I buy wholesale?
Architectural lighting, sensors, smart devices, and other technical inputs upon request.
10. How do you manage stock and delivery?
We project stock based on your construction schedule, we can coordinate, and we ship door-to-door.

11. What is Attractor?
It's our digital platform for managing assets, scheduling maintenance, generating alerts, and centralizing documentation.
12. Do I need to install software to use Attractor?
No. It works in the cloud and you can access it from any device with internet.
